We only accept returns under one condition: if the product is damaged during shipping. To process your return, please follow these steps:
Unboxing Video: To ensure the issue is valid, kindly record an unboxing video as soon as you receive the product, showing any visible damage.

Shipping Charges: For the return process, you will be responsible for the shipping cost of sending the item back to us. However, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired item back to you.
